Data Deletion

SayEase is a service operated by SaaSEase LLC. You can request deletion of information SayEase holds about you. Deletion requests are available both to SayEase account holders and to Instagram/Meta users whose information was processed because they interacted with a SayEase-connected professional account — even if you have never created a SayEase account.
If you have a SayEase account
Email support@sayease.io from the email associated with your SayEase account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email and (if applicable) the connected Instagram handle.
If you are an Instagram user without a SayEase account
You do not need a SayEase account, and you do not need to email from a SayEase account address. Email support@sayease.io with the subject line "Data deletion request" and enough information for us to locate the interaction, such as:
- your Instagram username
- the approximate date of the interaction
- the creator or business account you interacted with
- any other reasonable identifying information
SayEase may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data, so that we do not delete information belonging to another person.
What gets deleted
- Your SayEase account profile (for account holders)
- Your SayEase Links, products, sales pages, stores, and uploaded media
- Connected social-account data and connection records (Instagram, TikTok)
- Meta/Instagram identifiers held by SayEase
- Relevant comment and message metadata stored by SayEase
- Webhook records, where identifiable and applicable
- Auto-DM execution and delivery records, where applicable
- OAuth/access credentials
- Automation rules and keyword triggers, where applicable
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained only where necessary for fraud prevention, security, enforcement, or a legal or regulatory obligation — for example payment receipts, order history, tax documentation, and dispute records. Where possible these are anonymized, and retention is limited to what those purposes require.
Disconnecting a social account
You can disconnect a connected Instagram or TikTok account at any time from Settings → Social Connections. Disconnecting removes SayEase's stored access credentials for that account, disables associated automations, and stops SayEase from using that connection. SayEase does not currently send a provider-side revocation request to Meta; you can also remove SayEase from your Instagram or Facebook account settings. SayEase will not ask you for your Instagram or TikTok password.
Timing
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We'll confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
